Transactions
LoneBoyMusic.com uses paypal as it's payment gateway. Paypal uses advanced encryption methods to keep all of your credit card information secure. All of your personal information is stored on our servers except for your credit card information. Because we do not keep this information on file, a credit card number will be needed for all future purchases even if you already have an account established with the LoneBoyStore. If you do not have a PAYPAL account you can create one here
Confirmation Emails
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all pertinent order information. This email confirmation will serve as the receipt for your purchase. Returns & Exchanges
LoneBoyMusic.com customers can return any unopened item for a full refund or store credit (excluding shipping). Customers may exchange unopened items for a $3 shipping charge. Please contact us within 21 days of purchase for a return authorization number (RAN) to write on the outside of the package. Do not send back your order without first contacting LoneBoyMusic.com. ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A PREVIOUSLY ASSIGNED RETURN NUMBER.

Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority -- if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 21 days of receipt to arrange an item exchange. You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and when we receive the damaged item, we will ship you a replacement immediately. You will incur no additional shipping costs as a result.
Damaged CD Cases
Sometimes CD cases will become damaged in transit. If a CD case is damaged when you receive your package, please e-mail customer.service@loneboymusic.com or call +44 (0) 20 8373 3265 for a replacement case.
Shipping Errors
As perfect as we try to be, there is always a chance for human error. If you receive the wrong item or the same order twice, do not hesitate to call us so we may correct the error. If we ship you the wrong item, we will immediately ship you the correct item with a pre-paid shipping label and directions on how to return the incorrect item (NOTE: To protect our inventory, you will need to return the incorrect item within 21 days to avoid being charged for both items). If for some reason you receive a duplicate item, we will give you instructions on how to return it. It is important that you contact us if you receive a duplicate order so we may make sure you were not charged twice. Privacy
All information submitted to LoneBoyMusic.com will be kept private. It is our policy not to share any personal details including email addresses, mailing addresses or telephone numbers outside the Lone Boy Music company. All communications to Lone Boy Music Ltd. may be share within the company and connected 3rd parties.
Backorders
If an item in your cart is out of stock, a separate invoice will be created during checkout. You will be charged immediately for this item and it will be shipped to you as soon as it is back in stock. NOTE: All back ordered products are sent out through the United States Postal Service. You will incur no additional shipping charges on items that are out of stock. Some items are available in limited quantities and if the product becomes "out of print" before it is shipped to you, a member of the LoneBoyMusic.com staff will contact you.
Pre-Order
By placing a pre-order, you are paying for future delivery of the CD at the point of it's release date. All pre-orders are charged upon entry of order. Customers choosing USPS for delivery are NOT guaranteed to receive the release on it?s release. By choosing FedEx ground, we can target the order to hit on it's release date.
Invoices
All invoices must be cleared within 30 days of date on invoice. All uncleared invoices shall attract an interest rate of 5% per week that the invoice remains uncleared.
Tickets:
1. You must produce a valid ticket or booking reference number to gain entry to the venue. Tickets should be made available for inspection.
2. All children must have a ticket
3. Removing the ticket's stub invalidates the ticket.
4. Tickets are non transferable. Reselling a ticket for profit / commercial gain with the express permission of the artist's management or promoter will make it void. The holder maybe refused entry and removed from the venue. In addition, tickets bought from unauthorised sources maybe be valid and admission to the venue maybe refused.
5. Customers maybe refused entry or ejected if, in the reasonable opinion of the venue, the presence of the ticket holder might be at risk to the safety of the audience and /or the holder, and affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of an event.
6. To ensure the safety of the audience, personal security searches maybe conducted. Venues reserve the right to remove and / or confiscate any item which may cause danger or disruption to an event or other customers.
7. There is no readmission once a customer has left the building
8. Latercomers may not be admitted to an event until a suitable break in the action.
9. Buying a ticket means that you consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience
10. The use of unauthorised cameras and recording equipment is prohibited.
11. Dogs except guide dogs are not permitted
12. If you experience a problem during an event please contact a steward or member of staff. Problems can not be resolved once an event has finished.
13. Loud music can damage hearing
14. All events are subject to licence.
LoneBoyStore Product Retail Services (BASIC ACCOUNT & PREMIUM)
This agreement is between ‘LoneBoyStore’ a retail operation run by Lone Boy Music Limited and the Artist or Agent(s) who are representing the Act for membership to LoneBoyStore.
By Signing up you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Service.
Membership, Services and Rights
1.Artists must signup in the first instance using form 1A (ARTIST SIGNUP) for either a PREMIUM service (http://www.loneboystore.t83.net/premiumsignup) or for a basic signup (http://www.lonboystore.t83.net/signup). Artist must provide all requested information failure to do so will result in the deletion of membership.
2.Artists after completing form 1A should fill out 1B to inform us of the product(s) they are selling. (http://www.loneboystore.t83.net/submitnewcd) (One per Title)
b. LoneBoyStore reserves the right to refuse any product submission.
3.Within 10 (ten) days of submitting 1A and 1B Artist shall deliver a minimum of 4 (four) units of each Title to LoneBoyStore.
4.Artists shall deliver in ‘Retail Ready’ form. CDs DVDs and any other Audio Product should be properly packaged (and optionally shrink-wrapped) Clothing items should be individually bagged and clearly marked with sizes and styles. Fragile items such as Posters, Ceramics and other such products should be pre-packaged ready for retail shipping. LoneBoyStore is not responsible for packaging any goods for retail shipping. LoneBoyStore reserves the right to refuse to sell any Products it deems unsatisfactory for retail.
b. SALES and DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS, LoneBoyStore shall hold at it's own discrection sale events and discount events throughout the year. Artists shall be notified of such event by EMAIL and given 7 days and a deadline to decline entrance to the sale. Any artist who doesn't reponse shall have their product enter into the sale at the discounted price they specified on their original product submission.
c. EMAILS and MESSAGES, We may send information emails to your specified account without the option to opt out.
5.LoneBoyStore may withdraw membership from Artist at anytime without warning. If a Premium has been paid and LoneBoyStore withdraws membership before 6 (six) months of membership Artist will have the Premium refunded to the original method of payment.
6.The Artist hereby grants LoneBoyStore the non-exclusive right and license to sell on the Artist’s behalf products to which the Artist has submitted to us.
a.The Artist hereby grant us the right to display on our System(s), Service(s) cover work associated with the Product(s) and any other promotional materials associated with the Artist; including Photos, graphic, logos and any other material is each case or Title provided by the Artist.
b. By uploading and sending your product and recorded works you hereby grant LoneBoyStore and it's partners to re-produce or copy for it's own systems and servers copy(ies) which it may transfer digitally across it's systems.
c. LoneBoyStore copies all material sent and store the material on it's offline server.
7.RADIO SERVICE Artist’s must give authority to LoneBoyStore and Indemnify against any fees, costs or associated compensations for the placement of Compositions on our In Store Radio Service (ISRS).
a.The ISRS is an “in-house” facility for Artists to use in order to promote their Products and Titles. It is an independent system and does not report to any outside agencies, authorities or services.
b.Fees for the use of this service is set out in section B ‘Table of Fees and Payments’
c.Artist, their representatives, agencies or any associated 3rd party shall not seek compensation for the use of Compositions.
d.Play listing and other services provided by LoneBoyStore maybe withdrawn at any time at LoneBoyStore’s discretion.
e.The ISRS playlist is changed weekly and Payment for this service must be made 24 (twenty four) hours prior to the weekly playlist commences.
f.LoneBoyStore does not guarantee any specific number of plays by its customers – only that an Artist’s Composition has the opportunity to be heard by its audience.
g.Audience figures are estimation only.
h.The Artist represents and guarantees that neither he nor the Composition is under any contractual arrangements with any mechanical rights collection agency in any country
i.The Artist hereby agrees to waive all mechanical fees related to the Composition that is playlisted on the ISRS. For more information on our ISRS please visit: http://www.loneboystore.t83.net/radio
Term and Territory
8.This agreement is timeless an Artist can stay for as long as they wish. However:
a.If an Artist’s product(s) has not sold via our Service(s) or System(s) for a period over 6 months LoneBoyStore may at it’s own discretion return to the Artist – product(s) and title(s) that have not been sold. At the Artist’s expense.
b.Cancelling of Membership for any reason is permitted however a 7 (Seven) day cancellation period will be recognized to allow LoneBoyStore to remove all links, pictures, promotional features and delete uploaded materials and to return at Artist’s expense products, titles and any promotional materials to the address LoneBoyStore has on it’s files.
c.Cancellation must be made in accordance with section 13.
9.Territory shall mean The World unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon and signed by both Parties.
Payment for Services
10.Artist agrees to pay LoneBoyStore a fee for each unit sold on the LoneBoyStore website or its affiliates or any services using the LoneBoyStore retail checkout system including but not limited to the Artist’s own website(s) or the LoneBoyStore.com dashboard. Artist agrees to the LoneBoyStore Retail Fee Schedule (hereinafter LRFS)
11.LoneBoyStore shall pay Artist all money dues over the £10.00 minimum less fees on a monthly basis on or about the last Thursday of every calendar month.
a.LoneBoyStore shall not be held responsible or liable for any fees or losses incurred by the Artist for the exchanging of Monies by LoneBoyStore to Artist’s Country’s own currency.
12.All Payments due to LoneBoyStore shall be made within 24 (twenty four) hours of receipt of goods and or services.
a.Payments should be made by PAYPAL (payments@loneboymusic.com) via the LoneBoyStore website or by phoning our office and presenting valid credit/debit card details.
b.LoneBoyStore does not accept cheques from Artist’s who reside outside the United Kingdom
c. Failure to make a payment within the invoicing period, usually 30 days may result in the cancellation of your account and removal from the LoneBoyStore. The Artist will be responsible for the collection of products and titles that have been removed.
i) If an Artist has their account frozen or removed from the LoneBoyStore they will automatically waiver any money (for services other than upgrades, i.e. radio play, banners and other sponsorship deals) already submitted to LoneBoyStore.
Withdrawal from Service
13.Artists may with draw from the LoneBoyStore service for any reason with 7 (seven) days written notice. Notice may be delivered by post or electronic mail. Upon withdrawal, the Artist may request the return of all physical inventories at Artist’s expense.
b. Artists who withdraw from the service will foreit any fees paid to LoneBoyStore.
14.In no event shall Artist hold LoneBoyStore liable for any losses resulting from any fraud perpetrated on LoneBoyStore or Artist relating to or stemming from Internet transactions contemplated by this Agreement. LoneBoyStore shall report any such incidents to the Artist within a reasonable timeframe.
15.Products missing in shipment to LoneBoyStore remain the Artist responsible and LoneBoyStore shall report breakages and missing items to the Artist within a reasonable timeframe.
16.Products missing in shipment to a LoneBoyStore customer shall remain the Artist’s sole responsibility. LoneBoyStore shall report any such incidents to the Artist within a reasonable timeframe.
17. LoneBoyStore shall not be held responsible or liable for consequential damages (such as profits) resulting in the failure or technical difficulties within the LoneBoyStore system. LoneBoyStore shall report breakages and missing items to the Artist within a reasonable timeframe.
18.Artist agrees that Artist has the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
19.Should any claim be sought or bought against Artist or LoneBoyStore and it’s affiliates, relating in anyway to this Agreement, Artist agrees to indemnify and hold LoneBoyStore and it’s affiliates and well as it’s agents, representatives, principals, employees, officers and directors harmless from and against any loss, damage or expense incurred or suffered by or threatened against Artist or LoneBoyStore and it’s affiliates.
20.Artists hereby grant a license to LoneBoyStore and its affiliates whereby LoneBoyStore may allow Internet users to listen to and purchase Artist’s recordings, and view and or listen to any and all Artist –provided products, artwork, images, graphics, logos or sounds, free of any performance right royalties.
21.Artist represents that it has the necessary rights and permissions to grant such license(s) and agrees to indemnify LoneBoyStore against, and to e solely responsible for, any claims for payment of any all costs, fees and expenditures (including attorney’s fees) that maybe incurred directly or indirectly as a result of Artist’s recordings being available through the LoneBoyStore systems or its affiliates.
The Agreement
22.This Agreement shall not be modified except by an instrument in writing that has been signed by all of the parties.
23.If any portion of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that portion is severable and the remaining agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
24.The laws of England and Wales shall govern this agreement. Choice of Law Principals excluded, to contact executed and fully performed therein.
25.This Agreement Represents the entire Agreement between the Parties in relation to the retail of product through the LoneBoyStore’s system and it’s affiliates, and supersedes any prior verbal or written contracts between LoneBoyStore and the Artist.
All material presented via phyiscal copy for LoneBoyStore to sale must have the appropriate permissions for sale worldwide. Please check specific publishers for permissions. The Artist will hold full responsibilty for their materials uploaded, distributed and ultizied by us on this service.
Audit:
Artists who have sucessfully completed an ARTIST SIGNUP and PRODUCT SUBMISSION will be entitled to audit our stock once a year. Your independent accountant will have the right to audit our accounts on reasonable notice, no more than once a year during normal business hours.
