From his first performance at a talent show in High School in which he won first place Glenn has come along way, influenced by the likes of Telvin Campbell, Michael Jackson, Luther Vandross, Whitney Houston and Toni Braxton, he became interested in music from an early age, involved in 'Headstart' and listening to blues, jazz, r&b and gospel that his mom played while he was growing up.

Living in Memphis for the past eleven years but originally from Kansas Glenn describes himself as loving, courteous, outgoing, peaceful, dependable and understanding and tells me that his song 'Soul Man' is the one he is most proud of as it is close to how he is, soulful, joyful, upbeat, and down to earth....

How do you write your songs? Do you start with the music or the lyrics?

Well sometimes, it all depends on my mood. If I hear the sound in my heart, I write then, If I feel the music or beat I hear, I take it and write.

Can you play any instruments, if so which ones and do you have a favourite?

No, I can't play, but I really want to learn. I usually have someone to play for me. My favorite would be the piano.

Do you have any musical training?

No, but I'm in the process.

If you could duet with anyone dead or alive who would it be?

Luther Vandross, because he is the greatest male vocalist of all time.

What's the best live recording moment you ever had?

It was when I was in church, the church recorded Live in Arkansas, and I sang a song called 'I'm Blessed'.

Where would you like to see yourself in five years time?

In five years time, I would like to see myself well established in the music indistry, and working with other artists, major and indie.

How lond did it take you to write and record 'Soul Man'?

It took me about 2 months, to write and record.
