Why is everything in UK £'s?

We are an English company, but we don't have stiff upper lips - although we do drink quite a lot of tea... We operate from the UK therefore we charge in £s sterling. When you pay with your credit/debit card it will be automatically debited in your own currency at the current exchange rate. If you want to find out about exchange rates please click here.


Will you ship outside the UK?

Certainly. At the checkout you're giving the opportunity to fill in your shipping and billing addresses. We ship worldwide every day using the best possible shipping methods.


Tell me about the FREE SHIPPING?

Once you spend £25 shipping automatically becomes FREE!


Can I cancel my order?

You can. If you're cancelling before the shipment has left our offices then just call us and we'll be happy to refund you to the original purchase method. However if you cancel your order and the goods are in transit or you have just received them you'll need to email team@loneboymusic.com or call +44 (0) 20 8373 3265 option4 and we'll provide you with the information you need to FREEPOST* your order back to us. This is a lifetime guarantee. However, if the goods are used or have been opened we're unable to refund your money, we would only refund you a part exchange or gift voucher. This is mainly to protect the copyrights of our artists.


Do you accept credit and debit cards?

Certainly do. Every card under the sun. Including American Express. Not only this but we accept cheques, payments by paypal and SMS.


Can I talk to someone on the phone?

What do you charge for shipping?

Depending where you are in the world. Our standard postage and packing fee is £1.00. If you buy before 2.00PM we'll make sure it gets to you the NEXT day!


What's your privacy policy?

Ah! Welcome to tech savvy customer! Been bogged down by oodles of spam? Want to know whether we're going to do the same thing? Glad you asked. It's simple.

We never pass your details on to anyone. Never. Ever.


How do I make a return?

Visit the RETURNS area within the customer service tab.


Why has PAYPAL come up on my bank statement?

We use PAYPAL as our payment gateway. It provides a great service and it's low fees means we can give more back to our artists and yourselves. We may change this in the future but it will be noted here and in our T&C's if we do.
